He has worked in Telenor Group as Customer Manager and then in a leading Radio Channel – Radio Dhol 94.0 fm in Business Development roles.

Thasnova Shahid is the Director of Rite Konnect Limited. She has completed her MBA from Independent University Bangladesh major in Marketing. Thasnova has started her career in May 2006 with Banglalink there she worked as an executive in Distribution Sales. Then she has joined Grameenphone ltd. in July 2006 and worked in different capacities such as Key Account Manager, Specialist and Zone Manager in Commercial Division. After Grameenphone, Thasnova joined Tupperware Bangladesh Private Ltd in January, 2012 and Sales Development Manager later managed business of the company in Chittagong and Sylhet region as City Head. She later moved and joined DHL Worldwide Express (BD) Pvt. Ltd as Customer Contact Center Manager.
Overall, she is experienced in institutional sales management, direct sales and customer service management.

Naim Mahmud Rasel is working as an Optometrist and Manager of training and business development since August 2022 at Rite Konnect Limited. In prior to joining Rite Konnect, he served as Consultant Optometrist at United Eye Hospital, Hathazari, Chittagong for 2 years, and before that he worked at Dohar General Hospital Pvt. Ltd. as Intern and resident Optometrist. He has more than 16 years of experience in this field. He started his career as Dispensing Optician and Ophthalmic Surgical Assistant at Fashion Optics Ltd. back in 2006. He graduated from Desh Bhagat University, Punjab, India in 2021. He possesses impressive managerial skills.

Ms. Tasnuva Sultana is a graduated optometrist. She has completed her graduation from Institute of Community Ophthalmology under University of Chittagong. After completing her graduation, she has been practicing in Parkview Hospital as an optometrist from February 2022 and she joined RITE KONNECT LIMITED from September 2022 as an optometrist and Trainer. She is very dedicated in her profession.

Sujoy Chandra Paul started working in Lifestyle brand Aarong as an Executive of E-commerce Department from 2012 to 2015. After that he worked as an Executive at RAK Group in Process Audit Department from 2015 to 2018. In prior to working at RITE KONNECT LTD as Assistant Manager of Customer Service, he contributed as an Executive in E-commerce Department at Dekko Group from 2018 to 2022. He is an honest and reliable person.

Saika Farhin is working as a Marketing, Communications & Partnerships Executive in Sales & Marketing Department of Rite Konnect Ltd. She graduated from Brac University (Fall’17) majoring in MIS & Marketing with flying colors. In prior to joining Rite Konnect, she contributed as Creative Writer at Channel-i, before that she did her internship at Chevron in the HR Department in 2021, and worked in several companies as a part-timer and freelancer. After she passed her HSC from Holy Cross College, she joined in Bangladesh Navy as commissioned officer and served there till the rank of Midshipman (Equivalent to 2nd Lieutenant rank) in different challenging environments in home and abroad. She has an enthusiastic and dedicated personality.

Talat Mahmud Chowdhury graduated from Premier University – Chittagong, and he started his career with Samsung Bangladesh (consumer electronics) as a Territory Officer. With 1.6 years of experience, he moved to Electra International as a Territory Manager. Then he joined as a Territory Sales Executive in 2021 and now he is playing Key Account Manager role in Rite Konnect Ltd. He is very meticulous about his work.

Farhana Ali is working as a Manager of Human Resources and Brand Promotion at Rite Konnect Limited. Previously, she worked as HR Manager at Audi Bangladesh – Progress Motors Imports Limited, then she moved to Monsoon Media UK as the Deputy Editor. She has experiences working with JCI for a long period of time after she graduated from Independent University. She is very responsible and observant in all aspects.

Rejaul Hasan Khan Himel joined RITE KONNECT LIMITED as an Assistant Manager of Business Development. In prior to joining Rite Konnect Limited, he has been working since 2015 in different associations. From 2015 to 2018 he worked for Unilever Customer Care as CRM executive. Then he moved to Ahmed Food Products Pvt. Limited as Brand Executive from 2018 to 2019, and then he worked in a Marketing Agency – Bluefox Entertainment as Senior Executive of Operations from 2019 to 2020. Now he is appointed as Trade Marketing Manager & Key Account Manager at RITE KONNECT LIMITED. He possesses diversified talents and skills.

Ms. Shahida Khan is a Brand Promotion Manager at Rite Konnect Ltd. She has completed her graduation from National University. After completing her graduation, she started her career in Real Estate field (since 2010 to 2022) for extensive period of time. Then she joined at Rite Konnect Limited in December 2022. Besides her family and work, she runs her own cooking page as well. She is very passionate about her work.

Ms. Arika Afrin Boshra is a Brand Promotion Manager at Rite Konnect Ltd. She completed her graduation from Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). She is multi-talented and also has smart working capabilities. She was an iOS developer and at the same time e-commerce specialist. She served at Qcoom (Multi-vendor e-commerce) and Kholabazaar International Limited (Multi-vendor e-commerce). She is actively participating social works. As she is She Squad Leader of BDApps, Local Director of JCI Dhaka Diplomats. Now she is a full-time employee of Rite Konnect Limited.

Md. Sohag Howlader joined Rite Konnect Limited as Key Account Manager. In prior to joining at Rite Konnect, he has been working since 2018 in Vision Care Enterprise while looking after two different product segments – Maxvue vision and SeeD. He served as Marketing Executive for more than 3 years. He is very target oriented and passionate in his profession.

Faridur Rayhan Tanvir is currently working at Rite Konnect Ltd. as a Key Account Manager. Previously he worked with realme as Territory Sales Manager and before that he worked at Nokia, Samsung, Huawei and Dan Food Ltd. He completed his graduation from Asian University of Bangladesh majoring in Marketing. He started working with Rite Konnect from October 2022.

Md Mohsin Chowdhury is working at Rite Konnect as an Accountant. Previously, he worked for Glorious Group AS General Manager of Accounts & Admin from 2013 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, he contributed as Head of Accounts in BIO Group – BPL Housing, and since 1993 to 2011 he has worked as Chief Accountant in Master Group.
